İslam Alaybeyoğlu is a bold, passionate and imaginative Industrial Engineer. He has a master degree in International Trade Management.
Professionally, he worked at Turk Traktor, TAV Airports and Turkcell AS between 2015 and 2020. Since then he has founded Solution Turkiye and co-founded Agrofield Tarım ve Hayvancılık AS.
Islam gained knowledge of telecom network evolution trend, 5G technologies and applications to improve mobile subscriber experience at Huawei Academy in Shenzhen, China in 2016 and joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology Internet of Things and New Ventures Leadership programs in 2017 at which he developed an early warning system to detect flash of floods to prevent damages and casualties.

He is certified in Business Analyst, Information Technologies Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in IT Service Management, Motivation Management and Effective Communication in Business and specialized in International Business Development and International Trade.
